The clinic is set up with a large reception/wait space and has several adjoining treatment rooms. Each room is independent of the other and can be securely locked whilst not in use. Room would suit a natural health care professional such as a naturopath, homeopath, acupuncturist, nutritionist, massage therapist etc.
We are located centrally in a character building on New North Road (city side of Kingsland shops) with plenty of street parking available. The clinic is set back from the road with a lovely courtyard in front giving a peaceful atmosphere.
The room is currently available Monday - Friday. It can be rented for 1 - 5 days per week. Room is set up with basic furniture including desk, 2 chairs, filing cabinet, shelving and lamp; however you may wish to provide your own treatment table. Room size is approximately 2.9 x 3m.
You would be working alongside two experienced female chiropractors who work well with others. Working alongside experienced professionals with ties to the community and a stable clientele may provide you with an opportunity to gather referrals (where appropriate), however you would be operating independently and must be prepared to supply your own clients.
Includes use of reception facilities, wifi internet, eftpos, kitchen, bathroom, links to existing clinic website, power, phone, etc.
Flexible terms available.
$65 + GST per day. Or $275 + GST for 5 days (Mon-Fri).
